1. If I am unable to attend Stand Firm Conference, will you refund my ticket?

Stand Firm Conference tickets are not refundable but they are 100% transferable.

To transfer your ticket to the name of the person who purchased the ticket from you (we will not facilitate the transaction) the information of the new attendee will need to be added to the Stand Firm ticket in the Eventbrite account of the purchaser.

2. I purchased a block of tickets – how do I change information to individuals from group data?

When purchasing more than one Stand Firm ticket, the purchaser has the option to ‘copy’ information from one ticket to all others. Because of the nature of the questions and our registration process, each person must have their own ticket with information specific to their needs—email, dietary information, workshops etc. The ticket purchaser is able to edit information for each individual ticket when they sign into their Eventbrite account until August 31, 2018.

3. Will the workshops be available online after the conference?

We will try our best to have many of the workshops available after the conference. Check back to this website for updates.

4. Will the conference be live streamed?

Some sessions will be live streamed at HarvestOakville.ca/live. Due to copyright issues and the sensitive nature of information shared throughout the event, we may not be able to stream sessions in their entirety.

5. Is there childcare available during the conference?

No. We will not have childcare available. There is a nursing mothers room on-site with video feed for main sessions.

6. Where is the conference going to take place?

The conference will take place at Harvest Bible Chapel Oakville – 500 Great Lakes Blvd, Oakville, Ontario L6L 6X9 – September 24-26. 2018.

7. Are there meals available? What if I have a dietary restriction?

Grab and go breakfast will be available Tuesday and Wednesday, (bagels, croissants, yogurt, cereal and more) bagged lunch is also provided Tuesday. We will not have dinner on-site any day of the event. If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate it on your registration form and we will follow up with you about what we will have available.

8. Is there a discount available for me?

The cost for anyone to attend Stand Firm Conference is $125 until June 15, 2018, $140 from June 16 – August 31, 2018, and $160 after September 1, 2018. If you have questions about finances please email standfirm@harvestoakville.ca

9. Can I serve at this event?

If you are a regular attendee of Harvest Oakville we would love to have you serve at the Stand Firm Conference. Click here for serving opportunities.

10. I can only come for one day, is there a discounted rate for me?

No, we are not able to offer partial tickets to Stand Firm Conference.

11. Do you have vendor spaces for Stand Firm Conference?
